It has an 18K gold "logo plate" on the bottom and the reason for this is Bill likes to wear his rings to the gym and does not want to damage the soft 22K ring.

This ring is made to Mark Mahoney's exact specifications from a drawing he gave Bill. This ring is made under a strict agreement directly between Mark and Bill. There should never be a MM ring without a serial number and Bill's signature on it. 

Price includes character engraving where appropriate and is personally done by Bill. 

Each ring is cast undersized and then sanded three times on the inside to reach the fine metal finish below the casting surface. The ring is then stretched to the exact size requested. There are as many as 17 steps in the finishing of a BWL Ring.
